60 Day Returns
Our goal is to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a complete satisfaction guarantee every product we sell. If you’re not happy with the product we’ll gladly accept it back. Once we have the product back, you’ll have the option of exchanging for another product, receiving store credit or getting a refund of the full product price.
No “Restocking” Fees
Most companies charge a “restocking fee” to customers that return or exchange a product. We’ve seen these fees as high as 35% of the product purchase price. This practice is to discourage customers for sending product back. We never charge restocking fees on ANY returns or exchanged product.
Unopened Products
If the product you want to send back is unopened and in saleable condition we’ll gladly take it back. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Our Customer Support Team can help you with shipping. Once the product is received, we’ll process the return for you in approx. 24-48 hours. See how to return a product instructions.
Opened Products
Even if you have used the product we’ll gladly take it back. All we ask is that you give us an explanation of why you want to return the product so we can pass it onto the manufacturer for feedback. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once the product is received, we’ll process the return for you in approx. 24-48 hours. See how to return a product instructions.
Defective Products
If there’s a problem with your product please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We’ll dispatch a driver to pick up the defective product or mail you a return label to put on your box and return to us. Once the package is in transit we’ll go ahead and ship you a replacement, issue you a store credit or give you a full refund of the product price.
Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on posing suits and gift cards.
How to Return a Product
- Contact our Customer Support Team by phone, email or live chat.
- Send the product(s) to the address below. Please make sure to include your original packing slip that came in your box.
- Wait to be notified your return has been processed. This takes 24-48 hours once we receive the product back.

How long does it take my return to be processed?
The time it takes a product to arrive back in our warehouse will depend on your location. Once it has arrived the return will be processed in 24-48 hours.
Can I exchange a product if I’m not happy with the results?
Absolutely. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the results of any product you buy from us you can send it back to us for an exchange, store credit or refund of the full product price.
I’m not in the United States. Can I still return or exchange a product?
In most cases it’s not cost effective to return a product from outside the United States due to shipping and customs fees. If you would like to return a product from outside the United States please contact our Customer Support Team.
Are there any products I can’t return?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of posing suits or Strength Machine gift cards.
