How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for orders over $599! For all other orders you only pay $29.99 flat rate. Although we’d love to offer free and flat rate shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you’ll be charged regular carrier rates.

True Same-Day Shipping.

We use the latest enterprise level logistics technology in our 60,000 sq. ft. Headquarters in Columbia, SC. This allows us to move orders out the door extremely fast which is why we can offer true same day shipping. 98% of all orders placed before 6:30pm EST are shipped the same day! None of our competitors have the efficiency to move packages this fast. Check their order cut off times (most are around 12pm).

How long does it take to ship my order?

As stated above, we’re incredibly efficient and moving packages out of our facility quickly. 98% of all orders placed before 6:30pm EST are shipped the same day! Please note: Overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you choose the overnight shipping option your order must be placed before 5:00pm EST to ship the same day.

Do you ship to APO/Military addresses?

Yes, we ship to ALL APO Addresses/Military Bases! Please remember to select United States as the country when placing your order. This means you will be charged the domestic rates which are much cheaper than international!

Has my order been shipped?

To check the status of your order log into Your Account. Once logged in, you can view the status of any previous order and its accompanying tracking number with either USPS or FedEx. We ship orders very fast, most orders are received, processed and shipped in only a few hours.

How can I calculate my shipping and total order cost?

To find out how much it will cost to ship your package you must first add the desired products you’d like to order to your shopping cart, then visit your shopping cart and enter in the country and zip code of where you’d like to ship your order. Once you’ve done this, simply press “Calculate Shipping.”

You will then be presented with a list of shipping methods and the costs associated with them.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes! Keep in mind, if you’re shipping to a PO Box you must choose USPS as your shipping method. FedEx is currently unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

How can I track my package?

When your order ships we’ll email you a tracking number. You can click the link directly from that email to track your package. Alternatively, you can login to your account to get your tracking number. Once logged in, you can see your tracking number and complete tracking information.

You can also track your package directly at FexEx and USPS websites.

Do you fraud check all orders?

Absolutely. While we have secret proprietary technology and methods on how we check orders for fraud, we will say that we start by checking the following pieces of information:

  • IP address
  • Credit card details
  • Matching billing/shipping addresses

In some cases, particularly with international orders, we will first contact the customer before shipping out their package to them to verify their identity.

We vigorously attempt to prosecute ALL individuals whom place fraudulent orders.
